I also look for a good mix of audio, video and written material and it is important that it is in digestible chunks so that you can learn quickly and benefit by implementing the learning in 'real time'.
3. Make sure that the site is regularly updated. You need to know that the information on the site is being kept up to date. Things move fast in the world of the internet and using out of date information can be costly. You also need a stream of fresh and proven ideas and strategies being introduced to the service at least monthly.
4. How does the support desk operate? No matter how good the subject matter is there will come a time when you will need help. Find out how support is given to members.
