The Important Elements in Building Your MLM Opportunity

You will see a huge number of programs and even more formulas for assisting you build your MLM Business but the bottom line is that it is up to you to deliver.

You have got to fix whatever is holding you back and labor hard to learn and develop in each and all the areas of MLM growth.

Of course you need to generate leads for prospecting, but unless you grow enough to make your team you will end up failing at your MLM company. The stages of growth of any MLM are:

1) Recruitment.

You need to recruit a large number of people into your MLM opportunity. I would love to demonstrate how to do this but it is up to you to do it. To be a success you need to lead by example and do not ever stop front line recruiting into your MLM. It doesn't matter if your team continues to grow without you, there is not one reason for you to ever stop frontline recruiting.

2) Duplication.

You need to duplicate. What you have to duplicate is the system and tools for success.

3) Team Building.

An important step that you must master once your team has started to grow, you need to classify the builders on your team and work with them. Concentrate all your effort at the folks that are getting results. Yes, you impart tools for every person, but work with the winners. Work with the persons that are self-motivated and making it materialize. You can work through the other people on your team, as they know people you don't, and use their resources to come across more builders.

4) Leadership Development.

This is the ultimate and most crucial step for creating lasting and ongoing residual income. Find builders withing the group of recruits, develop builders into leaders, and most importantly get out of their way. Help them all you can but do not sabotage who they are and realize that leaders will lock you downline beneath you if you support them completely.

It is important for you to understand that your downline growth and size will be the result of 5 or 6 leaders beneath you, it becomes apparent that you will need to go through a massive number of individuals to come across them. So many individuals are hung up on why their downline isn't doing anything. Well the truth of the matter is that they are not supposed to do anything. You simply haven't found enough people.

The common question I get is " How many is enough?" I don't know. The question you should be asking is , " How bad do I want this?"
