Set your priorities right in the morning when you come to the office. Keep close to your hand, the files and related things which need your urgent attention. Also you will not disturb other things in search these files. It will help you focus on the task at hand.

Discard the Junk

While de-cluttering your office, you will find lots of unimportant and obsolete documents. You do not need these documents anymore. Do not make your office a junkyard or an antique showroom. Throw this junk out of your office. Then it will look cool and you will feel lighter. Your work desk should only have essentials and all the old stuff you no longer need should be thrown away.

Sanitise your work desk:

Your desk can be the playground for germs if you do not care. You can easily catch flu or other nasty diseases from things like phone or computer which other people also touch or use. Follow good hygiene by making your desk dust-free and germ-free. You can use spray and soft cloth to keep these things clean. Do not spray it directly over the electronic goods.

So these are the things you should deal with personally.  Other areas, like floors, windows, cabinets, kitchen and bathroom will need special attention of a professional cleaner. Only when both areas - your desk and the rest of office - are clean, you’ll have a certain work comfort. And this is it.
