In Connecting, this is more of interacting with your contacts at hand. Emailing important updates, promotions, and featuring the latest of your product. This can be done in a personal yet professional way, for it may encourage the customer to actually try your services or product. Do this in moderation to avoid being blocked in their email listing.
In Maintaining, as sales are already done. You need to encourage your healthy customer-seller relationship. You need to support the idea, of them always coming back and do future transactions with you. This will increase your sales and might be a good way for your client to promote your site to others.
This is the list building blueprint that can be applied to all forms of business online. Being active and always updated in your site activities will always produce positive results.
