Does Copy N Profits Work As Promised?
There's a new kid in town who has perfected PPC campaigns and made a little money. What happens when people make money online, they want to become the guru and the expert and teach other people how to make money. After all, there is MORE people wanting to learn how to make money online then there are wanting to learn PPC or affiliate marketing.
The new kid is CopynProfits. They claim that you can copy their exact PPC campaigns, and make the same amount of money. Their sales copy and their sales page is full of hype and is misleading to those who want to start their own home-based business. I bought the program and I copied their campaigns. My rule of thumb is this: Spend $500, optimize your campaigns, and then, if it doesn't work - move on.
So I did that!
Here's what I quickly noticed:
Most of the clicks that my PPC campaigns were getting were not optin in to my landing page. My same landing page in a different product gets tons of "opt-ins". I'm trying to capture the buyer's information so I can refer other affiliate products and get paid for recommending future products that I find.
However, with the CopynProfit campaigns - the clickthroughs were NOT opting in. You know that means?
The people who bought the CopynProfit system is going through and testing out other people's campaigns to see how their landing page, blog, or referral system works. So you waste a TON of money because of their other clients using the system.
This product is NOT suitable for people wanting to learn how to start their own home-based business. However, if you want to learn how affiliate marketers take a product and create a campaign, then this product is for you. If you don't know PPC and how campaigns work, you'll be surprised by the CopynProfit system. Me personally, I learned a lot about different niches and that you don't need 7500 keywords to make an affiliate product profitable.
I have bought into a lot of hype before. My advice would be to change the claims that you can make, change the pitch, and call it was it is. Learn PPC.
I would start with my own online business and my own passion and turn that into an online business. When you play the PPC game, most people get burned because they don't know how to do it. If you have your landing pages, your free reports, your backend all in place, then it can work for you.
